Personality is made up of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.Behaviors and characteristics can help predict and explain aperson's behavior.For example,if you are an extrovert youprobably are an excellent conversationalist.If you are anintrovert,you tend to be more quiet.Most importantly, rememberthat one type of personality isn't "better" than the other. Eachtendency can has advantages and disadvantages depending onthe situation.
